Full & Partial Dentures
Do missing teeth make you want to hide your smile? Do your old dentures cause discomfort and irritation when you eat and speak? Even if you know you need dentures, you’re probably not thrilled at the prospect of living with teeth that look like they belong to someone else.
No two smiles are exactly alike, and your dentures should not have a one-size-fits-all appearance. We have created hundreds of dentures over the years at our Baytown dental office, and we can assure you that they don’t look anything like the “false teeth” you probably envision. We think you’ll be amazed to find out just how comfortable and easy dentures are to wear when they are crafted to your exact specifications.
We Make the Process Easy
You don’t have to live with the embarrassment of missing teeth or old, worn dentures that are uncomfortable because they no longer fit properly. If you’re worried that the process is just too complicated to deal with or that the outcome isn’t going to live up to your standards, you should know that our professional team has helped lots of people get new dentures. We’ll coordinate closely with you and our dental lab to deliver the results you want with as little inconvenience as possible.
Full Dentures
Full dentures are usually made using artificial teeth attached to a pink acrylic base that can be closely matched to your natural gum color. We’ll talk to you about your preferences and work with you to produce the exact results you expect. Full dentures can be made for upper arch, lower arch, or both.
Partial Dentures
Conventional partial dentures have a metal framework that supports the area where the artificial teeth are placed. Two or more clasps secure the partial denture to the natural remaining teeth. The more natural remaining teeth you have present, the better the partial can function.
Implant-Retained Dentures
As you probably know, a common problem experienced by denture wearers is slipping and shifting. At the office of Zachary J. Holder, DDS, and Jesse B. Kirkpatrick, DDS, our dentures are custom-made to perfectly conform to the contours of your mouth. But many patients would prefer a more secure solution.
If this a concern for you, we can use dental implants to hold your dentures securely in place, and the stability added by implants eliminates the movement that causes irritation. You can wear your implant-retained dentures with confidence during the day and remove them at night for cleaning!

You don't have to give up on your dream smile just because you suffer from tooth loss.
